ServInt solutions achieve this industry-leading energy efficiency while making exclusive use of Dell low-wattage server hardware, which provides high-performance while operating with a much smaller carbon footprint.

A recent Parallels study noted that ServInt’s virtualized servers require only 15 percent of the power footprint of a traditional server farm that is not optimized with virtualization and low-wattage technologies.

By implementing efficient technologies and participating in a large-scale reforestation campaign operated by American Forests, ServInt has offset the total carbon footprint of its entire line of VPS hosting solutions by at least 110 percent in each of the past two years. In 2010, ServInt is increasing its commitment to environmental sustainability by offsetting the carbon footprint of its standard product line, as well as its entire cloud infrastructure.
